Delivery
All items are dispatched within 1 working day after payment is received and cleared (for cheques). Each item is insured against loss or damage for your peace of mind, with insurance costs included in the postage charges. Every shipment comes with a tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel at any point during its delivery.
We use a courier service for shipping, so a physical address is required (no PO Boxes).
Returns

If you change your mind or make an incorrect purchase, we offer store credit for unopened products returned within 14 days of delivery (delivery costs excluded). Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging intact.
Please note that upon any return/change of mind product(s), there will be a restocking fee
- 10% restocking fee, unused with undamaged original packaging
- 25% restocking fee, used, undamaged product
*We do not accept returns for damaged products*

Damage/Missing Parts
Please inspect your order within 14 days of delivery. If anything is damaged, faulty, or missing, let us know within that timeframe and we’ll work quickly to resolve it.
Every order is carefully checked multiple times before leaving our warehouse, and our team takes great care when packing. While issues during transit are uncommon, they can occasionally happen.
If something’s not right, simply get in touch. We’ll do our best to make the process straightforward — we just need to be notified while the issue can still be properly investigated.
