Delivery
All items are dispatched within 1 working day after payment is received and cleared (for cheques). Each item is insured against loss or damage for your peace of mind, with insurance costs included in the postage charges. Every shipment comes with a tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel at any point during its delivery.
We use a courier service for shipping, so a physical address is required (no PO Boxes).
Returns

If you change your mind or make an incorrect purchase, we offer store credit for unopened products returned within 14 days of delivery (delivery costs excluded). Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging intact.
Please note that upon any return/change of mind product(s), there will be a restocking fee
- 10% restocking fee, unused with undamaged original packaging
- 25% restocking fee, used, undamaged product

If your item arrives damaged or "dead on arrival," we will arrange a replacement and cover the cost of sending the new item. However, the return shipping cost to us will be the buyer’s responsibility. All issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item.
Buyers are responsible for all postage and handling costs related to back-to-base or parts warranty claims.
