Returns & Restocking Fee
We want you to be happy with your order, so please take a moment to double-check everything before completing your purchase.
If an item needs to be returned because it was ordered incorrectly, there is restocking fee which will apply;
– 10% restocking fee, unused with undamaged original packaging
– 25% restocking fee, used, undamaged product
*We do not accept returns for damaged products*
Why is there a restocking fee?
We understand returns happen, but handling them takes a bit of extra time and care from our warehouse and sales teams.
When an item comes back to us — whether it’s the wrong size or product — we spend time checking, repackaging, and restocking it. The small fee helps us cover these costs and keep our prices fair for everyone.
