Damage/Missing Parts

Please inspect your order within 14 days of delivery. If anything is damaged, faulty, or missing, let us know within that timeframe and we’ll work quickly to resolve it.

Every order is carefully checked multiple times before leaving our warehouse, and our team takes great care when packing. While issues during transit are uncommon, they can occasionally happen.

If something’s not right, simply get in touch. We’ll do our best to make the process straightforward — we just need to be notified while the issue can still be properly investigated.

  • Claims lodged after 14 days may not be accepted
  • All claims are subject to a brief internal review
  • Call us on 1300 422 433 or email us and we’ll help get it sorted promptly

We cover all cost for any replacement/spare part(s), including shipping charges.
